How does the fee work?

We charge a single percentage of your property's gross revenue — 10%, 15%, or 20%, depending on how hands-on you want us to be. There's no upfront cost and no monthly minimum. We earn when you earn.

What does "you don't pay" actually mean?

If your revenue hasn't grown within the first 90 days versus your trailing baseline, we waive our fee for that period. We measure against your own numbers, transparently, and you see the reporting the whole way through.

Do I keep control of my listing and accounts?

Always. Your listings, payouts, and accounts stay in your name. We co-host alongside you — you can see every change we make and step back in at any time. There's no lock-in contract.

What tools and platforms do you work with?

We run pricing through PriceLabs and operate across the major booking platforms. We integrate with your existing setup rather than forcing you to switch — your channels, your data, our hands on the levers.
